Who you are… Passionate about providing early help services, interventions and activities that help improve life chances for children and their families, you will support them to find solutions to long term issues. Able to work independently, you will engage and work collaboratively with families to enable them to make sustained changes in a variety of areas, whilst recognising their strengths and managing risks. All whilst keeping a focus on the needs of the children and capturing their voice at each stage.

What we need from you… With previous experience of helping families with complex needs to successfully turn their lives around, you will be able to confidently assess risks and work in partnership with other agencies. With excellent communication skills, tenacity and a strong understanding of both safeguarding and professional boundaries, you will be able to make a significant difference in this role providing support to children who are at risk of or disengaged from Education. Holding a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, you will need to work flexibly, often outside of normal working hours, to be there when and where families need support.
